    Turkey is a country, where you can meet many types of people from many different regions. It has seen various important civilizations, which flourished on this land. People have been immigrating mostly from the Eastside to the Westside.

    This circulation makes Anatolia have a continuous flow of people for ages. People will continue move around and look for new adventures. This has been a fact in the past and will hold a fact into the future. We should take advantage of this traffic. I believe that cinema is the best way to show this rich, colorful, and lively community in a great harmony.

    Istanbul is the bridge between Asia and Europe that assembles a variety of people from different beliefs, culture, history and art. Why wouldn't Turkey be a place, where the filmmakers from all over the world meet to make their films?

    In order to make this happen, our policies should go through some regulations such as film incentives, and tax relieves. Thus both Turkish and foreign filmmakers would make their films easily and comfortably with lower costs.

    This old but dynamic land, which is known as a cradle for many ancient civilizations is ready with its large production facilities to be discovered by filmmakers.
